Gift Card Offer Terms

1. Who runs this offer

This offer is made by AFT US LLC, d/b/a Aspire ("Aspire", "we", "us"). Aspire is a financial technology company, not a bank. Column N.A. and Amazon.com are not sponsors of this offer and are not responsible for it. Taking part doesn't require you to apply for or open an account. Any Aspire account is subject to eligibility, approval and the applicable account terms, including those of Column N.A.

2. Offer period

The offer runs from November 2, 2026 to November 9, 2026, 11:59 p.m. ET ("Offer Period"), unless it ends earlier under section 8. Qualifying meetings must be held by November 30, 2026.

3. Who can take part

You can take part if:

  • You are 18 or over;
  • You received an invitation from Aspire on LinkedIn as part of this campaign, at a company Aspire selected; and
  • Your company has, or plans to set up, a legal entity in the United States.

You can't take part if you are:

  • A current Aspire customer;
  • At a company that is already in an active sales discussion with Aspire;
  • An employee of a government body, public institution or state-owned entity;
  • An Aspire employee or an immediate family member of one; or
  • A person subject to US sanctions.

4. How to qualify

To qualify, you must:

  • During the Offer Period, request a meeting through the LinkedIn form or by replying to Aspire's LinkedIn message; and
  • Attend a live call or video meeting of at least 30 minutes with an Aspire representative by the date in section 2.

No purchase, account application or account opening is needed, and attending the meeting doesn't commit you to anything. Every eligible participant who qualifies receives the reward. There is no draw.

5. The reward and limits

  • You'll receive one USD $100 Amazon.com eGift Card for each qualifying meeting.
  • Limit one gift card per person and one per company. If more than one person from a company qualifies, the gift card goes to the first eligible attendee.
  • Limit one gift card per company in any 12-month period across all Aspire gift card offers.
  • The offer is limited to the first qualifying meetings. If the limit is reached before your meeting, we'll tell you before the meeting takes place.
  • A maximum of 50 gift cards will be issued under this offer. Gift cards will go to the first 50 qualifying meetings, in the order those meetings take place. Once 50 gift cards have been issued or committed, the offer ends and no further gift cards will be provided. If the limit is reached before your meeting, we’ll tell you before the meeting takes place.
  • The gift card can't be exchanged for cash or another reward, and this offer can't be combined with other Aspire offers.

6. Delivery

We'll email the gift card to the work email address you registered with, within 10 business days after your meeting. If you haven't received it by then, contact us at gtm_us@aspireapp.com within 30 days of the meeting.

7. Your employer's rules and taxes

You are responsible for checking that your employer's policies allow you to accept this gift card. If they don't, please don't take part, or tell us and we won't send it. The gift card may be taxable income for you. Aspire doesn't give tax advice.

8. Changes and ending the offer

We may change, pause or end the offer at any time, for example:

  • When the limit in section 5 is reached;
  • To prevent misuse; or
  • Where the law requires it.

Changes won't affect gift cards already earned by meetings held before the change. We'll post any changes on this page.

Aspire may run later offers with different rewards. Gift cards under this offer are based on the rules in place when your meeting was held. A later offer doesn't entitle you to a different or additional reward.

9. When we may withhold a gift card

We may withhold or cancel a gift card if:

  • You don't attend the meeting, or you end it before 30 minutes;
  • Your request duplicates another request from you or your company;
  • You give false information or aren't eligible; or
  • We reasonably suspect misuse of the offer.

If Aspire reschedules or shortens a meeting, the meeting still counts.

10. Amazon.com Gift Card terms

Amazon.com is not a sponsor of this promotion. Except as required by law, Amazon.com Gift Cards ("GCs") cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash. 11. Your information

We use the details you give us through LinkedIn (your name, work email, company and form answers) to:

  • arrange your meeting;
  • send your gift card; and
  • run this offer.

We handle this information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Aspire is not responsible for:

  • Emails that are delayed or not delivered;
  • Technical issues with LinkedIn; or
  • A gift card once it has been delivered, which is then covered by Amazon's terms.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under law.

13. Governing law and contact
