Google Workspace is used for a variety of purposes, from storing your documents to collaborating in real time on documents and holding virtual meetings. It’s a versatile tool that can be tailored to your specific needs and use cases.
You’ll get a variety of extra business-grade services with Google Workspace that are not offered with Google’s free apps. These include custom business email @yourcompany, twice as much cloud storage across Gmail and Drive, round-the-clock phone and email support, and a 99.9% uptime guarantee for business email.
There are two ways to purchase Google Workspace. You may choose to purchase directly from Google or through Google’s partners such as Aspire. All of the features are the same. However, if you choose to purchase Google Workspace from Aspire, you get 50% off your subscription for the first six months.
In addition to an annual plan where you will be billed monthly, Aspire also offers a flexible payment plan, but the cost of a flexible plan is 20% higher than an annual plan.

Google AI is now included in Workspace Business and Enterprise plans globally. To reflect the added value, Google has updated the subscription pricing starting 17 March 2025.

If you have insufficient balance in your Aspire account, your account will be transferred back to Google. You will receive an email about your insufficient balance from Aspire, and if you do not top up in time, we will transfer the account to Google. This transfer back to Google is irreversible.
Since Aspire’s exclusive promotion applies to the annual monthly plan, you cannot downgrade your subscription or reduce the number of users mid-term. However, Aspire can assist you with upgrading your plan or adding additional users during your subscription.
