Aspire and HeySara make it easier to start and run a business in Singapore

Aspire has partnered with HeySara, a Singapore-based corporate services provider, to make it easier for entrepreneurs to incorporate a company and get their business finances up and running.
Through the partnership, founders can incorporate their company with HeySara and apply for an Aspire business account as part of a coordinated onboarding journey.
Starting a business often means navigating multiple providers from the outset — from incorporation and corporate secretarial services to setting up a business account. This partnership brings these steps closer together, reducing the paperwork and back-and-forth involved in getting a new business operational.
Through the bundle, founders get:
- End-to-end corporate services, from company incorporation and corporate secretarial support to ongoing compliance and regulatory filings
- Access to best-in-class financial services, including cross-border payments, cards, no-friction yields natively integrated with AI-powered agentic finance: spend, procurement, EOR, Payroll, Books and more.
- A more connected onboarding experience, reducing the need to navigate separate processes and providers
“Founders should be spending their time building their business, not stitching together the infrastructure they need to run it,” said Asad Kalimi, VP Partnerships, Aspire. “Our partnership with HeySara makes that first step simpler by connecting company incorporation with the financial tools businesses need as they get up and running.”
“We see first-hand how much time entrepreneurs spend getting the administrative foundations of their business in place. Working with Aspire allows us to make that journey more connected, so founders can move from incorporation to managing their business finances with less friction,” said Donavan Thng, Chief Business Officer, HeySara.
The Incorporation + Aspire Account bundle is now available to businesses incorporated in Singapore.
