Aspire users can now accept credit card payments and more through invoices and payment links, providing greater flexibility, ease and convenience to their clients.

Aspire, the leading all-in-one finance platform for modern businesses, today announced a partnership with global programmable financial services provider Stripe that will give businesses in Hong Kong faster, more flexible ways to get paid. With the new integration, Aspire users can collect payments from clients in HK and China, and overseas through credit cards, digital wallets including Alipay, Weixin Pay (WeChat Pay), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA Direct Debit. Their customers can pay by card in a wide range of global and Asian currencies like USD, EUR, TWD, and more, making it easier to serve overseas clients and manage cross-border transactions, making it easier to serve international clients and manage cross-border transactions.

Cash flow is one of the biggest pain points for Hong Kong’s small businesses. 52% of all B2B sales in Hong Kong are not paid by the due date, with overdue invoices typically taking 1 month beyond agreed terms to settle. The Aspire-Stripe integration directly addresses this by enabling users to access their revenue in as fast as 3 days, twice as fast as the industry standard of 7 days. This enhanced speed and flexibility will empower businesses to improve cash flow management, and maintain financial stability.

“Hong Kong is a gateway to Asia and its businesses deserve modern financial solutions that match their global ambitions,” said Andrea Baronchelli, CEO and co-founder of Aspire. “Our partnership with Stripe gives founders the ability to accept payments via digital wallets, card payments and direct debit across borders and currencies, while improving their cash flow in the process. This is about removing friction so entrepreneurs can grow faster and go further.”

Additionally, Aspire users can issue invoices or payment links in their currency of choice including HKD, CNY, USD, EUR, and GBP, and enable clients to pay directly on the invoice by card or digital wallet. This empowers businesses to offer a more seamless, flexible, and secure payment experience to clients while unlocking faster global growth.

By giving small businesses faster access to capital and more ways to serve global customers, Aspire and Stripe are helping to level the playing field for founders with international ambitions. As Hong Kong continues to position itself as a hub for innovation and crossborder trade, the collaboration marks a significant step towards Aspire’s commitment to empowering global businesses with the financial tools they need to thrive in the digital economy.
