Aspire Subscription Plans Terms and Conditions

Aspire offers different subscription plans based on your business needs. Please see below for more information. These terms apply to customers of AFT HK Limited (“Aspire”) and AFT HK Treasury Limited (“AFT Treasury”) in Hong Kong, and the subscription plans are provided by Aspire and AFT HK Treasury.

Subscription Plan Benefits

Each plan comes with the following benefits:

Qualifications

1. Free outbound international transfers benefit:
   
   1. applies only to outbound international transfers made via local and SWIFT SHA rails (including bulk/batch transfers);
   2. excludes the costs of FX between Aspire Accounts, Custom FX and Inbound Transfers;
   3. only applies to the international transfer transaction fee and not to any FX markup that might be charged;
   4. excludes international transfers made via SWIFT OUR (i.e. SWIFT transfers where all charges are paid by the sender); and
   5. will be given in the form of cashback which will be credited to your Aspire Account by the second week of the subsequent month.
2. FX at mid-market rates benefit:
   
   1. applies to both outbound and inbound FX transfers (including batch transfers), up to the monthly allowance stated above;
   2. will be given in the form of cashback which will be credited to your Aspire Account by the second week of the subsequent month.
3. Yield, Metal Cards and certain Premium benefits are marked as “coming soon” and will be made available at a later date. Aspire will notify eligible Premium Plan members when these benefits become available. Until then, these benefits do not form part of the Premium Plan allowance.

Definitions

“FX between Aspire Accounts” refers to any foreign currency exchange that is carried out pursuant to a transfer of funds between a customer’s business account and another business account that is held with Aspire (whether belonging to such customer or another customer of Aspire).

“Custom FX” refers to any foreign currency exchange request or cross-border transfers of the same currency, processed manually through alternative payment partners.

“Inbound Transfers” refers to receiving funds into your Aspire Account which is in foreign currency.

“Free Trial Period” refers to the promotional period during which an eligible customer enjoys the Premium Plan at no subscription fee, as described in the Promotional Offers section below.

“Promotional Price” refers to the discounted subscription fee of HKD 99 per month available to eligible customers until 31 December 2026, as described in the Promotional Offers section below.

Subscription Plan Fees

Promotional pricing may apply to eligible customers as set out in the Promotional Offers section below.

Subscription Terms and Billing

1. Billing Cycle

You will be billed for your subscription plan fee on a monthly basis, on the 1st of each month. Fees for a subscription plan will be pro-rated if the subscription plan was effective for less than a month.

2. Subscription Renewal

If you have not cancelled your subscription, your subscription will automatically renew each month until you give us notice of cancellation through such means as may be accepted by us from time to time.

3. Subscription Modification

You may modify your subscription plan by selecting a different subscription plan at any time. The new subscription plan will be effective immediately.

4. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription plan at any time by logging into your Aspire Account or contacting us at support@aspireapp.com.

If you cancel your Premium Plan subscription within three (3) months of subscribing for the same, you agree and acknowledge that you are liable to compensate Aspire for the cost of issuing you with a metal card (if any) and Aspire is authorised to deduct the relevant amount from your Aspire Account.

5. Downgrading Your Subscription

If you do not make payment for your subscription plan within the deadline stipulated in the relevant invoice, your subscription plan will be downgraded to the Basic Plan with immediate effect and any benefits you have utilised prior to the downgrade will be payable by you to Aspire and we will deduct the costs of the same from your Aspire Account.

Aspire reserves the right to downgrade your subscription plan with immediate effect if Aspire is of the view that you have abused the subscription plan, including but not limited to repeatedly subscribing for the Premium Plan, utilising the benefits and cancelling the same prior to the end of the relevant month.

6. Benefits

Aspire reserves the right to clawback any excess cashback that has been inadvertently credited to your account.

7. Amendments

We may amend, supplement, delete and/or revise any part of these terms (the “Agreement”) at any time with or without notice to you, and such changes shall take effect on the date specified in the notice (where applicable). Any such notices and updated terms will be published on Aspire’s website or otherwise notified to you.

If you do not accept the revised terms, you have the option to downgrade your subscription. If you continue with your subscription plan after Aspire has given notice of any changes to this Agreement, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to such changes without reservation.

8. Master Services Agreement

These terms need to be read with and form part of the Master Services Agreement, Yield Services Agreement and relevant Product Schedule(s) entered into between Aspire or AFT HK Treasury and you.

Promotional Offers

From time to time, Aspire may offer promotional pricing or trial periods for the Premium Plan. The following promotions are currently available to eligible Hong Kong customers. These promotional terms apply in addition to, and form part of, these Subscription Plans Terms and Conditions. Where there is any inconsistency between these promotional terms and the general terms above, these promotional terms prevail in respect of the relevant promotion.

A. Premium Free Trial Offer (selected existing customers – Beta)

1. Eligibility. This offer is available only to existing Aspire Hong Kong customers who have been specifically selected and invited by Aspire to participate in the Premium beta. Eligibility is determined by Aspire at its sole discretion and the offer is non-transferable. Customers on custom pricing arrangements are not eligible.
2. The offer. Eligible customers who activate the Premium Plan during the beta will receive the Premium Plan free of subscription charge for three (3) months (the “Free Trial Period”). You will see a HKD 0 charge at the point of upgrade.
3. Start of Free Trial Period. The Free Trial Period begins on the date you activate / upgrade to the Premium Plan and runs for ninety (90) days.
4. During the Free Trial Period. You will enjoy full Premium Plan benefits (subject to the Qualifications above and to availability of “coming soon” benefits) at no subscription charge. You may cancel at any time before the end of the Free Trial Period and you will not be charged any subscription fee.
5. Reminder. Aspire will send you a reminder approximately fifteen (15) days before the end of your Free Trial Period.
6. At the end of the Free Trial Period. Unless you cancel before the Free Trial Period ends, your subscription will automatically continue on a paid basis at the Promotional Price of HKD 99 per month until 31 December 2026. From 1 January 2027, the standard Premium Plan fee of HKD 399 per month will apply. You will be billed monthly on the 1st, with your first paid invoice pro-rated based on your billing start date.
7. Cancellation. You may cancel at any time by logging into your Aspire Account or contacting support@aspireapp.com. If you cancel during the Free Trial Period, no subscription fee will be charged. Any benefits utilised may remain subject to the clawback and abuse provisions in Section 5 and Section 6 above.

B. Introductory Promotional Price Offer (HKD 99 / month – waitlist)

1. Eligibility. This offer is available to: (a) existing Aspire Hong Kong customers who join the Premium waitlist and are approved by Aspire; and (b) new-to-Aspire customers who join the Premium waitlist via the designated landing page and who successfully complete account registration and business verification (KYB) by the date specified by Aspire. Eligibility is determined by Aspire at its sole discretion. Customers on custom pricing arrangements are not eligible.
2. The offer. Eligible customers may subscribe to the Premium Plan at the Promotional Price of HKD 99 per month (instead of the standard HKD 399 per month) for the period from activation until 31 December 2026.
3. Automatic activation for waitlist customers. If you are on the Premium waitlist, Aspire will automatically activate the Premium Plan on your Aspire Account on 18 August 2026 (the “Activation Date”) at the Promotional Price. Aspire will notify you in advance of the Activation Date. You do not need to take any action or manually subscribe in order to benefit from the Promotional Price.You may downgrade to the Basic Plan at any time on or after the Activation Date by logging into your Aspire Account or contacting support@aspireapp.com, in accordance with Section 4 (Cancelling Your Subscription) above.
4. After the promotional period. From 1 January 2027, the standard Premium Plan fee of HKD 399 per month will apply automatically. Your plan will continue automatically and be billed monthly on the 1st unless you cancel. No action is required to continue at the standard price.
5. Billing. You will be billed monthly on the 1st at the Promotional Price, with your first invoice pro-rated based on your billing start date.
6. New-to-Aspire customers. Access to the Premium Plan and the Promotional Price is conditional on successful completion of Aspire’s account opening and business verification (KYB) requirements within the timeframe communicated by Aspire. If verification is not completed within the required timeframe, the offer may lapse.

C. General Promotional Terms

1. These promotions are available for a limited time only. Aspire may modify, suspend, extend or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without notice, without liability to you.
2. Each customer / Aspire Account is entitled to one promotional offer only. Promotional offers cannot be combined with each other or with any other offer, discount or custom pricing arrangement, unless expressly stated by Aspire.
3. The Premium Plan benefits available during any promotion remain subject to the Qualifications, Definitions and general Subscription Terms set out above, including the benefit clawback provisions in Section 6.
4. Aspire reserves the right to withhold, withdraw or claw back the benefit of any promotion, and to downgrade your subscription to the Basic Plan, where Aspire is of the view that the promotion has been abused, including but not limited to repeatedly subscribing and cancelling to obtain promotional benefits, or where eligibility criteria are not or are no longer met.
5. These promotional terms apply only to customers of Aspire in Hong Kong and are governed by these Subscription Plans Terms and Conditions.
