Your Aspire account services can be integrated with Netsuite directly within the app by following the steps below:
- In the Accounting panel select the Netsuite option
- Sign in Netsuite with your Admin account
- In the Netsuite application, install Applink Integration
- Grant related permissions for Suitescript, SuiteTalk, and Authentication
- Confirm and allow integration from Netsuite
- Select and confirm the business account you want to integrate with Netsuite
- Click Connect - Select the related dates you want to synchronize
- Confirm the settings for your Aspire account integration with Netsuite
You can integrate multiple Aspire business accounts into the same NetSuite account. Make sure, you have selected the relevant business account when connecting your Aspire entity. For example, if you have an IDR entity in Aspire, make sure to connect it with an IDR business account in NetSuite.

You can connect your SGD, IDR and USD (under CurrencyCloud) accounts with Xero directly in-app at the click of a button. Please login to your Aspire account, click on this link and then press the "Sync" button.

By using the Export Data feature in your Aspire account, you can seamlessly integrate your Aspire data with Jurnal for efficient reconciliation, data tracking and auditing, and reporting.
The Export Data feature allows you to export the following data from Aspire in Jurnal-specific formats, along with attachments.
- Account Statements
- Bills
- Expenses (money out transactions)
How can I import Aspire Bank Statement into Jurnal Bank Feed?
- Navigate to "Export Data" on Aspire and select "Account Statement"
- Select the relevant filters in case you want to filter the data for your export and then select the "Jurnal
- Format" to export your statement
- Sign in to your jurnal.id account and navigate to "Cash & Bank" feature in Jurnal
- Import the Aspire account Bank Statement that you downloaded previously, into the Import Bank Statement section of your relevant account in Jurnal
How can I import Aspire Bills into Jurnal?
- Navigate to "Export Data" on Aspire and select "Bills"
- Select the relevant filters in case you want to filter the data for your export and then select the "Jurnal Format" to export your bills
- Sign in to your jurnal.id account and navigate to "Purchases" feature in Jurnal
- Import the Aspire Bills that you downloaded previously in the .CSV format, into the "Purchase Invoice" section on Jurnal
- How can I import Aspire money out transactions into Jurnal Expenses?
- Navigate to "Export Data" on Aspire and select "Money Out" under "Transactions"
- Select the relevant filters in case you want to filter the data for your export and then select the "Jurnal - Format" to export your expenses
- Sign in to your jurnal.id account and navigate to "Expenses" feature in Jurnal
- Import the Aspire expenses that you downloaded previously in the .CSV format, into the "Expenses" section on Jurnal
Aspire also integrates with many other accounting softwares like Zoho, Accurate & SAP Business One.

You can integrate your Aspire account with your QuickBooks account by following these simple steps:
- Log in to your QuickBooks account
- Go to the "Banking" tab
- Select "Connect Account" on the landing page, if this is your first time connecting, or select "Add account" or "Link account" if you've already created one
- Search for Aspire
- Enter the username and 6-digit PIN you use for your Aspire account
- Choose the account you want to connect to QuickBooks and select how far back you want QuickBooks to pull transactions from* - Click "Connect"
Once you're connected, you do not have to connect your Aspire account again.
- QuickBooks will automatically initiate daily transaction syncs
