Challenge: Bebica Skin struggles with managing digital advertising budgets

As a brand that thrives in the online space, Bebica Skin understands the importance of digital advertising to drive sales and increase awareness. However, the company found it difficult to manage advertising budgets across multiple platforms.

Previously, Bebica Skin relied on a single debit card for all advertising transactions across platforms such as Meta, TikTok and various marketplaces. To make matters worse, the team did not have access to real-time debit card balance updates, as this important data was managed exclusively by the finance department. These hurdles not only made planning ad placement difficult, but also made creating detailed spend reports a time-consuming endeavor.

Solution: Aspire Corporate Cards simplify Bebica Skin’s digital advertising budget

Faced with the growing challenges of managing its digital advertising spend, Bebica Skin recognized the need for a smarter payment solution than a traditional debit card that could not only streamline the allocation of advertising budgets, but also provide detailed insight into advertising spend across all platforms.

The company then decided to set up an Aspire account and use Aspire cards for budgeting and tracking all its advertising spend on digital platforms.

With Aspire Corporate Cards, the company was able to split its advertising budgets across multiple cards, with each card used for advertising spend on a specific platform, moving away from the one-card-fits-all approach.

In addition, Bebica Skin can now track its overall ad spend more easily, as spend for each card can be monitored via Aspire’s dashboard, which can also be accessed via the Aspire mobile app. This benefit allows Bebica Skin to track whether each advertising cost is approaching budget, eliminating the need to consult the finance team regarding the advertising budget.

All spending data has also been accurately presented in visually appealing graphs or charts and can be seamlessly integrated into the company's accounting software. These features not only simplify financial reporting, but also enable the company to make informed business decisions.

2. Cost savings with unlimited cashback

In addition to streamlining its ad budgeting processes, Bebica Skin was also able to achieve significant cost savings thanks to the 0.5% cashback program offered by the Aspire card. After using Aspire cards for all advertising spend for a month, the company claims to have saved Rp5 million from its average monthly advertising spend of almost Rp 50 million.

Having recognized the benefits of Aspire cards, Bebica Skin is now using these cards beyond ad spend. So far, the company says it has issued more than 10 Aspire cards, which are used not only for digital ad spend but also for software subscriptions.
