If you sign up to Aspire during this promotional period (21 Jan 2025 - 28 Feb 2025), Aspire will reimburse your payment plan to Xero for the next 12 months.
You will have to purchase a subscription plan from Xero separately but make the payment using Aspire’s corporate card.

When does the free 1 year Xero Starter Plan offer end?
You must sign up for an Aspire account AND make a purchase for a Xero plan (billed monthly) with an Aspire card by 28 Feb 2025 to qualify.
How and when will I be reimbursed?
You will be reimbursed the next month from the month you made your Xero plan purchase, to your Aspire account.
If you purchased Xero subscription on 25 Jan, you will be reimbursed the monthly subscription charged (excluding add-ons) by 28 Feb. If you purchased Xero subscription on 12 Feb, you will be reimbursed the monthly subscription charged (excluding add-ons) by 31 March.
