How do I qualify for the Singapore EntrePass?

Before being granted an EntrePass, potential foreign entrepreneurs must meet the following general requirements:

• Applicant must be 21 years old and above
• They must be willing to relocate to Singapore to operate the business
• They must register your business as a Private Limited Company, and not a sole proprietorship or any form of partnership
• The company has either not yet incorporated or not more than six months old at the time of your EntrePass application
• Applicants must hold at least 30% shareholding in the proposed business.

Documents needed for the Singapore EntrePass

Once you have been deemed as qualified for the pass, you will then need the following documents to apply:

• Completed EntrePass application form
• Documentary evidence to prove that you fulfill one of the “innovativeness” requirements
• A copy of the personal particulars page of your passport
• A passport-sized photograph taken within the past three months
• Resume and/or past employment testimonials to elaborate on professional experiences, recognitions, and awards (if any)
