What is the difference between Google Workspace and Google’s free consumer apps?

What is the difference between purchasing directly from Google versus through Aspire?
There are two ways to purchase Google Workspace (GWS). You may choose to purchase directly from Google or through Google’s partners such as Aspire. All of the features are the same. However, if you choose to purchase Google Workspace from Aspire, you will get 50% off on your Google Workspace subscription for the first 6 months and 20% off thereafter (min 1-year subscription).
Can I pay monthly for Google Workspace and can I cancel at any point in time?
In addition to an annual plan where you will be billed monthly, Aspire also offers a flexible payment plan but the cost of a flexible plan is 20% higher than an annual plan.
Can I cancel my subscription before the 12 months period is over?
No, this offer only available to businesses with 12 months commitment to Google Workspace subscription.

Why is the price change on 17th March 2025?
Google AI is now included in Workspace Business and Enterprise plans globally. To reflect the added value, Google has updated the subscription pricing starting 17 March 2025.
Why is the deal no longer available in USD?
Due to policy changes, we are not offering this deal in USD. Existing clients will be transferred back to Google.
When will I be billed for my subscription?
Aspire users will be billed every month, through auto debit from your Aspire account.
What happens if i do not have sufficient balance in my Aspire account to pay for my Google Workspace Subscription?
If you have insufficient balance in your Aspire account, your account will be transferred back to Google. You will receive an email about your insufficient balance from Aspire, and in the case you do not top up in time, we will transfer the account to Google. This transfer back to Google is irreversible and you will need to subscribe to Google directly (at Google prices, with no discount from Aspire) from then on.
