
Aspire Subscription Plans Terms and Conditions
Aspire offers different subscription plans based on your business needs. Please see below for more information.
Subscription Plan Benefits
Each plan comes with the following benefits:
Qualifications:
- Free international transfers benefit:
- excludes the costs of FX between Aspire Accounts, Custom FX and Inbound Transfers;
- only applies to the international transfer transaction fee and not to any FX markup that might be charged;
- excludes international transfers made via SWIFT OUR (i.e. SWIFT transfers where all charges are paid by the sender); and
- will be given in the form of cashback which will be credited to your Aspire Account by the second week of the subsequent month.
- FX at mid-market rates benefit:
- will be given in the form of cashback which will be credited to your Aspire Account by the second week of the subsequent month.
Definitions:
“FX between Aspire Accounts” refers to any foreign currency exchange that is carried out pursuant to a transfer of funds between a customer’s business account and another business account that is held with Aspire (whether belonging to such customer or another customer of Aspire).
"Custom FX” refers to any foreign currency exchange request or cross border transfers of the same currency, processed manually through alternative payment partners.
“Inbound Transfers” refers to receiving funds into your Aspire Account which is in foreign currency.
Subscription Plan Fees
Subscription Terms and Billing
1. Billing Cycle
You will be billed for your subscription plan fee on a monthly basis. Fees for a subscription plan will be pro-rated if the subscription plan was effective for less than a month.
2. Subscription Renewal
If you have not cancelled your subscription, your subscription will automatically renew each month until you give us notice of cancellation through such means as may be accepted by us from time to time.
3. Subscription Modification
You may modify your subscription plan by selecting a different subscription plan at any time. The new subscription plan will be effective immediately.
4. Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription plan at any time by logging into your Aspire Account or contacting us at support@aspireapp.com.
If you cancel your Premium Plan subscription within three (3) months of subscribing for the same, you agree and acknowledge that you are liable to compensate Aspire for the cost of issuing you with a metal card (if any) and Aspire is authorized to deduct the relevant amount from your Aspire Account.
5. Downgrading Your Subscription
If you do not make payment for your subscription plan within the deadline stipulated in the relevant invoice, your subscription plan will be downgraded to the Basic Plan with immediate effect and any benefits you have utilized prior to the downgrade will be payable by you to Aspire and we will deduct the costs of the same from your Aspire Account.
Aspire reserves the right to downgrade your subscription plan with immediate effect if Aspire is of the view that you have abused the subscription plan, including but not limited to repeatedly subscribing for the Premium Plan, utilizing the benefits and cancelling the same prior to the end of the relevant month.
6. Benefits
Aspire reserves the right to clawback any excess cashback that has been inadvertently credited to your account.
7. Amendments
We may amend, supplement, delete and/or revise any part of these terms (the “Agreement”) at any time with or without notice to you, and such changes shall take effect on the date specified in the notice (where applicable). Any such notices and updated terms will be published on Aspire’s website or otherwise notified to you.
If you do not accept the revised terms, you have the option to downgrade your subscription. If you continue with your subscription plan after Aspire has given notice of any changes to this Agreement, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to such changes without reservation.
8. Master Services Agreement
These terms need to be read with and form part of the Master Services Agreement and relevant Product Schedule(s) entered into between Aspire and you.
