The following Consumer Privacy Notice applies to you if you are using AFT US Capital LLC Investment Advisory Services.

FACTS WHAT DOES ASPIRE DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Why? Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do.
What? The types of personal information we collect and share depend on the product or service you have with us. This information can include:
  • Social Security number
  • Investment experience
  • Employment information

When you are no longer our customer, we continue to share your information as described in this notice.
How? All financial companies need to share customers’ personal information to run their everyday business. In the section below, we list the reasons financial companies can share their customers’ personal information; the reasons Aspire chooses to share; and whether you can limit this sharing.

Who we are
Who is providing this Privacy Statement? This privacy notice is provided by AFT US LLC (referred to as “Aspire”) and is applicable to your accounts.
What we do
How does Aspire protect my personal information? To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. To learn more about security at Aspire, please refer to the Data Security and Breach Notification section in the Aspire Privacy Policy.
How does Aspire collect my personal information? We collect your personal information, for example, when you:
  • open an account or provide account information
  • seek financial or tax advice
We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates, or other companies.
Why can’t I limit all sharing? Federal law gives you the right to limit only:
  • sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes — information about your creditworthiness
  • affiliates from using your information to market to you
  • sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you
State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.
Term Definition
Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

Our affiliates include financial companies such as: Aspire FT Pte. Ltd, AFT US Capital LLC, Ascend FT Vietnam Limited Liability Company, Aspire FT UK Limited, AFT AU Proprietary Limited, AFT HK Limited, AFT EU B.V, AFT CA LTD.
Nonaffiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

Nonaffiliates with which we share personal information include service providers that perform services or functions on our behalf.
Joint Marketing A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

Aspire does not jointly market.

Notice This notice specifies the categories of personal data that Aspire collects and may disclose to third parties, including categories that may be shared on a prospective basis. In the event that Aspire intends to collect or disclose additional categories of personal data beyond those set out herein, Aspire shall issue an updated privacy notice in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulatory requirements.
Collection Aspire collects personal information when you create an account with us. We may also collect personal information from our onboarding partners during the KYC process. Aspire shares investment experience and employment information with its brokerage partner.

AFT US Capital LLC is providing this notice.

• You may limit our affiliates in the Aspire group of companies from marketing their products or services to you based on your personal information that we collect and share with them. This information includes your name, email address, account balance and transaction data.

• Your choice to limit marketing offers from our affiliates will apply until you tell us to change your choice. If you have already made a choice to limit marketing offers from our affiliates, you do not need to act again until you receive the renewal notice.

To limit marketing offers, follow the following steps:

  • Log in to your Aspire app.
  • Select your business (if applicable).
  • Tap the Settings icon on the top bar and select Notifications.
  • On the Notification Settings page, go to the Others section under notification categories.
  • Turn off Tips, webinars & trainings and  Feature updates & offers to stop receiving marketing materials

By opening an Aspire Treasury account, you agree to the AFT US Capital LLC Advisory Agreement, Atomic Brokerage Account Agreement and Atomic Brokerage General Disclosures, and acknowledge receipt of the Atomic Brokerage CRS and the Atomic Privacy Policy.
